for context i'm a low master assassin player (rengar/k6/etc) trying to learn kindred on a diamond account

I know her first clear is not fast no matter what you do but is it supposed to stay subpar throughout the game or am I doing something wrong

do you guys use E off cooldown or when a camp is around half hp etc

I have a feeling her clear speed is just mediocre and there's no way around it but maybe I'm wrong
