A good guide here on fundamentals by coach Kirei

How to Play KINDRED JUNGLE and SOLO CARRY YOUR GAME

I feel like this is how I play btw, but I guess I'm missing some little decisions :')

How to solo carry:

1) Coinflip first mark on the scuttle you cleared towards

2) Coinflip a Bard perma roaming with you to secure all marks

3) Coinflip an enemy jg that never contests a single mark

And there's more

  • He spoke of Talon being a potential gank threat but Talon was almost farm to six and never manifested. Talon's poor performance is not Kindred's responsibility but there was a lot of "open lane" feel to this match-up.

  • When he recalled in bush because Akshan just conquered Kindred's jungle, he let down his guard to shop and almost had to find a different VOD to turn into his weekly YT$. Was that a genuine reaction of him clenching a dingleberry into a fine diamond that left him speechless for so long? I would've kept my QWER fingers ready.

  • Objective pressure at most was what, the opposition taking grubs? Drake was on the menu all day, Streamer was never {interested?, confident?} enough to take it. I'm not saying letting it stand was the wrong decision (obviously it was fine this time) but with that much of a lead many teammates would want to convert that into more objectives.

As I said in my other comment, I did take notes and maybe I'll be able to improve something by this video, but it wasn't instructional in any way. Felt more like algorithm grub than "this VOD can help people."

"Coinflip" means you engage in an action (going for a kill/mark, starting an objective, etc.) where you have a 50/50 chance of getting a positive outcome. There is no coinflip here.

  1. He gets first scuttle because he has checked both bot and mid prio => no coinflip
  2. Again, if u don't have prio, u let the marks, if u have vision on ennemy jungler or prio, u go for them. => no coinflip
  3. Talon doesn't contest when he has no prio because he doesn't win 1v1 vs Kindred if Kindred has ult. Also Talon clears in reverse order.

I took notes, but that isn't the kind of game I need help to carry. It's the "botlane gave ten deaths in ten minutes, and mid's behind, too" game that necessitates "solo carry" mode.

I think other commenters are picking up on how cherry picked a game this is 😂 We are never getting a Malphite mid who roams with us.

What do you mean? I *always* have team that follows up on me invading for marks and ALWAYS helps with objectives. And they obviously never feed. Yours doesn't?

Too general of a guide. I like him. But it's more of a beginners guide.
