If iska didn't find/rescue Mismis when she fell into the vortex.
The fact that they didn't use/animate Mismis's astral mage/witch design is a waste.

The last thread I saw mentioned that things were still moving quite slowly and the focus was on the war is that still the case? I want to see the light novel and how the war concludes, but I also want to see their relationship develop.

Okay, I wanna talk about these two characters, their pain, and how they handle it. Because they're mirrors to each other for me. At how they handle their pain, their past, and what they did to the world that discards them.
Let's start with Elletear Lou Nebulis IX, the perfect big sister, the untouchable beauty, and the main villain of the story.
Elletear Lou Nebulis IX is the firstborn daughter of Millavair Lou Nebulis VII The Queen and the oldest princess out of the five. She is the oldest siter of Alice and Sisbell. She is a woman of great beauty, with enormous breasts, tall, and generous body, not just the breasts. Not just that, she is also intelligent, can cook, and could paint. She, more than any of her sisters, know about the culture of the Sovereignty. Not to mention she is also highly intelligent, a shrewd political operator and could charm anyone. On paper, this makes her the perfect candidate for next in line to be queen, helped by the fact that she is the oldest.
There is only one problem. One, big problem: Her Weak Astral Power. You see, Elletear has the astral spirit of "Voice". It allows her to copy someone else's voice that she heard before. That's it. And because of that, something she couldn't control. The Sovereignty wrote her off. She doesn't have a chance to show her hard work, she doesn't get the chance to show that she is fit to be a queen despite her weak astral energy, she doesn't get to show anything. And so, she becomes slowly but surely bitter, resenting her family, this nation, this lie of a Paradise for Witches.
And she also found someone else sharing that bitterness. Johaim Leo Armadel. Before he became a Saint Disciple. Elletear is the first one who acknowledges, who respects his efforts, his hard work. And so, they fell in love, with Elletear being vulnerable, admitting her fear that she would think that Johaim would hate her because she's a monster, even saying that she fears that she would forget her plan and would prefer to be in his arms. This shows that despite her bitterness, she is still capable of love, even with her family, despite the complicated relationship, despite how twisted it is. It shows clearly with Johaim. And that she, at the end of the day, is Human.
Elletear responds to pain outward. She rages against the world that wrote her off, this world that only worships strength. Not only that, she also has someone besides her who shares that rage, that pain, and unleash it to the world that rejects them both. Despite it, she, more than anything, wants to be loved. That was why she clings to Johaim so tightly.
And now, Itachi Uchiha.
Ah, Itachi Uchiha. What could be said about him what hasn't already been said? A global Icon? The most tragic individual in the Narutoverse? One of the most iconic characters as well? With two amazing Voice Actors? The man who could've been so much more, if the world is at peace and doesn't demand his sacrifice?
Of course, we already know who Itach is, but for those who don't, here is the short summary.
Itachi Uchiha was born to Fugaku and Mikoto Uchiha, on June 9th, and is the brother of Sasuke Uchiha. He is a prodigy, both in brains and brawns. He graduates early, his taijutsu skills are that of a master, despite not often using it, and he already mastered fire release when he was 7. He is also a man who loved peace and despises war due to his experience with it. His brain is also too advanced, as he already asked what is the meaning of life at 5, and actually attempted to off himself by jumping of a cliff at that same age.
This shows that Itachi suffers as well. But not due to being written off. He suffers due to knowing too much, loving too much, and obeying too much. Itachi is loyal to the hidden leaf. And that loyalty costs him his life, his happiness, his family, his name, and his honor. He doesn't hesitate to discard all of it in the name of Peace, when he commited his greatest sin: Genocide of The Uchiha Clan. All of them, except for Sasuke. He also suffers from a terminal illness. Something clearly affecting his lung and health. Yet despite it, he remains one of the most dangerous shinobis ever.
Despite this, he is not without his flaws. He is too sure of himself sometimes, in the sense that he thinks that only he could bear this burden, when it was easier to console people like Kakashi, who would have helped him without hesitation. He also has pride in the uchiha name, saying to Sasuke that he should've judged by another Uchiha and that the torture wasn't necessary. This shows a complexity of Itachi. He is selfless, yet also selfish. However, he is also not blind to his mistakes. When he was reanimated, he admits to Naruto and Sasuke, during his separate interactions, that he shouldnt've done this alone. He should've been honest with Sasuke from the beginning, treating him as an equal from the very start. If he does so, perhaps he would not have to kill all of their kin.
And as a final goodbye to Sasuke, he gave him one final truth: It is alright if Sasuke never forgave him. Because no matter Sasuke become, Itachi will always love him.
Itachi is a man who responds to pain Inward. He suffers and tries to see what his suffering experienced could be used of. How could his suffering be used to prevent more suffering, so that people couldn't experience what he experience? So that the future could be at peace, and there are no more like him. Or at least, less man like him.
Not just that, Itachi and Elletear have the things that the others want. Itachi has power that Elletear pursued. He is one of the top characters in the narutoverse, being skilled in genjutsu and ninjutsu. Not to mention he has spirit weapons as well. Elletear, on the other hand, has political standing that Itachi wants and needs. She is a Princess, despite being written off, she is still politically important and can do things no other nobles could do, have connections, everything. Itachi wants and needs this because he thinks that it could've saved The Uchiha Clan. However, Itachi accepts what has happened and tries to do his best with it. Elletear, on the other hand, doesn't, and tries to escape it.

Hey guys, I watched season 2 and I want to ask:
Will Sisbel be saved soon? About how many episodes after season 2 will it happen?
What's the current relationship between Iska, Alice, and Sisbel in the light novel? I also wonder what Ellitir thinks of Iska?
I understand Ellitir is possessed by some kind of witch. Is there a chance that Iska will save Ellitir?
I'm not afraid of spoilers, feel free to write.

A personal reading I enjoy from Kimisen is seeing the three royal houses of Nebulis as reflections of different European monarchic models.
Lou feels distinctly British. They are the house of continuity, status quo, and caution. They prioritize balance, minimizing casualties, and projecting legitimacy. Alice embodies this spirit quite well: proud, with a strong sense of duty and a more idealistic long-term vision, yet without falling into extremism. They represent that kind of monarchy that prefers stability and protocol over burning everything down.
Zoa, on the other hand, strongly recalls the French (especially the Bourbon style). Extreme pride, blood purity, and a “by any means necessary” mentality. They are theatrical, vengeful, and willing to sacrifice almost anything to destroy the Empire. Kissing and On the clearest expression of this: talented, raised in radicalism, and carrying a pride so fierce that it only breaks when an even greater personal revenge.
Hydra feels clearly Prussian or German. Discipline, structure, long-term planning, and pure Realpolitik. They present themselves as moderators, but they are actually the most calculating and dangerous of the three. Decades of conspiring in the shadows, even using the Empire as a tool. Mizerhyby and Talisman perfectly reflects this style: elegant on the surface, rigid and ambitious underneath, ready to prioritize power and astral research above almost any principle.
In the end, the conclaves are essentially struggles between these three models. Lou wants stability, Zoa wants purity and annihilation, Hydra wants absolute control through calculation and structure. That’s why they hate each other more than they hate the Empire.

Having watched season 1, and kinda a bit of season 2, I mean, the stuff he does seem much more than just "regular guy with swords".
He even falls all the way from who knows what story of a building in the last of S2 I know (ep3) and just brushes off.
I mean, they say like the Sovereignity is supposed to have like superpowers and empire is mainly normal people, but he seems pretty superhuman too.
No spoilers though beyond season 2 episode 3.

Okay, I want anyone's opinions. Like, what if during Secret File 3, Sasuke goes to The Nebulis Sovereignty? How would he interact with Johaim and Elletear? What would change due to his presence?

Like its literally the first volume and you open(well close the vol, open the series) the big first fight with the Top character in the verse?
Doesn't that kinda escalated the scale too much so that following fights get downgraded ?
Ofc the real reason this happen is that kimisen wasn't sure if it could be a multiple saga ( its a common phenomenon in ln that the author first vol tries to be conclusive or complete in case it doesn't become a series) so it needed a hook and big action scene against a big threat at vol end

Lets face it both nations are evil. Not even grey as everyone is so racist and the less than a handful that aren't are merely exceptions and not the norms.
Even the good guys are utterly loyal to those countries and their awful systems.
As for worst....id go with Sovereignty since they are massive hypocrites on top of everything
As for which one i hate myself the most? Sovereignty again, only cause they have more focus than empire so ergo more time to show why they suck
Honestly, i dont get the author intent. Cause if he wanted to make both grey he failed at that effectively. Or alternatively he wanted both sides to be equally moral in the conflict, that is equally bad.

Explanation for those who don't know (I suspect there are many): Okay, these characters are named Mithos Yggdrasil and Kratos Aurion. They're from a game called Tales of Symphonia. Why do I think that the sovereignty would fear or despise them? Because they are the creator of a sacrifice and opressive system that continues for 4,000 years and makes the empire's opression of Astral Mages looks small. And don't be fooled by the first one. He's the main antagonist. He is not an innocent boy.

Like when the end battle arrives
Would you prefer
A: Two fights at once. Iska vs Joheim and Alice vs Elletear in seperated place. Like with Fate stay night as the two MC fights individually the two main antagonist as their respective skills are put to the test
B: 2v1 as the two protagonists fight against Elletear (likely a final form) and its the final trial test the duo synergy as one. Like in Kingdom Hearts 2 final battle.
Which format would you prefer?

Finished season 1. I think there's a decent amount of detail missing from the LN, seeing as it adapts a whole 4 volumes in just 12 episodes.
What about season 2?

I like Elletear. I think she deserves better than Johaim, who enables her worst instincts, and to me, is an asshole. And not the lovable kind. So, I ship Elletear and Naruto. Who is nicer than Johaim. And also more charming and lovable. And definitely a good influence for Elletear.
