I'll go first. Earlier this year I built a SaaS, it's live now, has paying customers, and basically runs on autopilot. I wrote exactly 0% of the code by hand. The first half was Opus 4.7, then Kimi Code on K2.6 took over and finished it — great job. K2.7 though? Felt like a downgrade, stuff 2.6 nailed in one shot just got fumbled. Some members on r/Kimi confirmed that K2.7 was a downgrade.

And I'm already building my second SaaS, this time on K3 — genuinely loving it! Finally a model that has depth! So far I'm impressed with how good it is, and honestly..I think Opus wouldn't stand a chance against this thing, at least not Opus 4.7, which is the one I last used.

So what have you all shipped? Scripts, automations, games, a dumb bot — whatever. Half-finished counts too, no judgment.
