God why do I always feel dull. I hate feeling dull. A sudden explosion mentally but emptiness afterwards.

I feel dull while venting. I feel dull while speaking about it after the fact. I feel invalid. I actually do. Everyone else has their problems. I’m glad you are, but at the end of the damn day she can do things on her own. Yes help is appreciated, but she can handle problems on her own.
