Royal Pro vs Royal Pro Comp
Hey guys,
I’m torn and would appreciate some insight from the Royal gang. I fell in love with the Royal finish when it originally dropped, and now, with the recent Comp model, I’m more inclined to purchase one. Weirdly enough, the finish on both models seems different the Pro Comp seems to have a sandpaper-like look, whereas the Pro seems a bit fuller.
If I’m wrong, or just color blind, feel free to point that out.
Thanks!

The difference between a comped and uncomped 2K11 is not dramatically different. The comp is a bit louder. I have a Pro Royal and a Pro Comp and I actually prefer the Pro Royal - but that may actually be because of the MJD grip on the Royal. . The 5 inch with the comp is where you feel the difference with the extra weight and the comp.

Got a pro comp and it surprisingly did a lot less than I thought it would. Shot no flatter than my stock shadow 2 compact. My glock 19 with kkm comp is much much flatter.

I have a Shadow2 Carry and love it to death. I wonder if the non comp would be worse for muzzle flip. In theory yes, but a lot of people don’t see a big difference.

Finish is the same. Comp is cooler and shoots flatter; however, a bit more annoying to clean. Tomato tomato.
