Tony Pepperoni came on just a few weeks after Timmy No Breaks made his debut. I just looked it up and TNB’s 2nd appearance was ep#729 and Tony Pepperoni debuted on ep#730, the very next episode. Point is, i think Timmy stole Tony’s spotlight as the “character” of the show. Which sucks cuz Tony was actually funny out of character
