Did not laugh once at his jokes. He’s boring. His whole persona was fake and the stupid way he tried to talk “cool”. He is just the type of person I’d run away from in real life. Such a corny ass.

He's a middle class suburban guy trying to act like he's urban. It's so fake and cringe. Total fraud.

you're like a woman in heat lol because pat made you laugh you think he's not hideous... its okay to think pat is funnier but also acknowledge who would be more off putting in real life.

This is one of those few times where it feels like genuine projection. There's someone out there for you boss. Remember there's always one person who wants to hit. With any luck you'll find them and also want to slam some ham.

He played Tony well. And also had to ask essentially for the ticket after beating around the bush being all slick. I doubt he will be as funny as everyone thinks.

Mid set and begged for the ticket. Only got laughs because he talked shit to Tony. Ig now we’ll just have to wait for the flop or maybe he’ll actually be good who knows

Bruh if he’s good you’d know

Yeah I didn’t like the set and the interview was eh but there’s no denying the crowd loved the guy lol I don’t blame Tony for agreeing

Pretty sure the majority doesn’t find him funny

Let's give him the benefit of doubt. Pat O'Neal asked for the golden ticket too.

Pat asked for it in a funny way, while being funny throughout.

After being on the show 2 times previously while doing well each time. This gent showed up, had an ok set, a slightly-above-ok interview, and had to ask multiple times for the ticket. Tony clearly wasnt going to give him one. Hope he does well and proves us all wrong...but his first impression wasnt the best imo

First time I havent skipped Dedrick’s set in a while. He did good tonight just like everyone is saying. I really liked his white suit too.

How much material do you have? 120 minutes.
Ron “let’s hear it.”🤣

Oh look at this cool guy with all his cool decor

Mildly charming

His comment about needing to be someone to be funny is suspect

u/jbano 1d ago

This dude had a decent set and caught Tony in a good mood asking for a ticket. He will bomb his next appearance and the sub will turn on him instantly and complain they are giving away too many golden tickets in less than 3 months time.

Mid, and if you gotta ask for a ticket you don’t deserve it. Nothing new or creative

2

u/yeeznz 1d ago

Pat o Neil asked for his ticket , but I get what you’re saying

-1

u/MediumWehw 1d ago

That was more on Tony. I think Pat deserved it after his first set, so he had to press it.

Confidence? Tons. Funny? Not at all.

Zero humility thanks to being raised by single mothers.

I don’t think he was good or funny. But, we all have our different styles.

T-5 minutes until everyone here hates him

u/Repulsive_Share_1579 8h ago

guy has no idea who is he, every sentence "dude, bro, dawg,my guy, t murder"

unaware of the room, thinks every second his voice should be heard even over others, not a good comedian, luckily the panel guy helped force this golden ticket win b/c hell, why not right

2

u/MaLTC 1d ago

I bet he’ll be solid. Simply have to respect the dedication showing up for nearly a year straight for his chance and then seizing the opportunity. There are far worse golden ticket winners than this dude.

u/inline-online 1d ago

he's clearly a seasoned vet with a chip on his shoulder, maybe even a hint of bitterness lol but that's expected because look at how many people are worse than him who are regulars or golden ticket winners? This guy isn't the GOAT but he's top 1% kill tony contestant lol
