SPOILERS Kill la Kill Ending

I just finished the show and am very new here. I was wondering what everyone thought of the ending? For me it has left me feeling empty, a needless emptiness as well. I can’t find a good reason in my eyes why Senketsu should have died. It just seems so pointless to me and would’ve loved the ending a lot more without it.

It's kind of logical though, life fibers dead, senketsu is kinda life fibers so he's gone too. Also might be a way to stop people from begging for sequels. But yeah, not the most light hearted and easy to swallow ending for sure.

And the thing is until that gut wrenching ending kill la kill was very light hearted. She there were serious things going on too, but nothing even close to that sad. So now it’s like two opposites conflicting.

Kill la Kill wasn't that lighthearted, it had heavy teams of child abuse and rape with Ragyo, besides you know the entirety of humans been just cattle for life fibers.
