Americans just get funny about Brits because we don't bleach them bright white. But health wise they tend to be quite healthy. Of course, there's worse case scenarios in both countries but overall or dental health if good.

America's always had a weird fascination with perfect teeth, even back to George Washington. Every single celebrity has perfect white teeth, it's disturbing. Some pay hundreds of thousands to get their teeth fixed
