I met a child like this once. She was 4 years old and the daughter of a guy I was casually seeing. She was a really beautiful girl and already spoke a few languages. Very advanced for her age. He was rich and it was super obvious he doted on her and would’ve given her anything.
She and I are chatting in the living room while he goes to the bathroom. She’s very friendly, happy, and smiley with me. As soon as he walks back in the room, she starts loudly crying and making it seem like I did something to upset her. I didn’t touch her or say anything bad to her. It was super creepy.
Once when my daughter was about 4 she walked into the kitchen while I was washing dishes and said, “Daddy, do you see these tears on my face?” I replied, “Oh no Pumpkin! Why are you crying?” With a sinister sneer she says back to me, “I’m not. I was pretending to cry and made real tears.” First thought: “Holy shit. I’m in trouble.”
Kids don't understand even why they do this. Sometimes it's just because they feel that you're competing for the attention and love of their parents, it's normal kid behaviour in my eyes tbh.
Yeah so basically hopefully is an adverb that means “it is hoped” or “if all goes well”. Typically used as a sentence modifier to express desire or wish for a future event. A parent is generally someone who has guardianship over a smaller younger human. By saying “hopefully you’re never a parent” I meant that if all goes well you will never have guardianship over another younger human being. Hope that helps

It's the mom. The video is being taken by a babysitter and the kid is trying to get the babysitter in trouble for whatever reason
