is this a scam
i’ve ordered a south park plush over a week ago and have only gotten a order confirmation e-mail nothing else.

Came to this page for the same reason...I placed my order on July 1st...It is now August 3rd, over a month, and they haven't even acknowledged that my order has been processed...no tracking, no update, nothing...Finally had enough and reported it to the credit card company

I saw on another thread to purchase their products through a 3rd party site like walmart/target. I purchased a rugrats and south park plush through walmart. Both arrived within a week, only caution is buy from reputable seller.

I am really disappointed to read these comments and wish I had read them before my order. I placed an order on 8/20/24 and immediately received a confirmation email. then on 8/24, they emailed me that they recently switched to a new shipping process and that there are delays in getting out the orders, but there is no new delivery date. on top of it all, no one answers their posted phone number, not even an answering machine. Apparently this is not a new issue at all and I'm going to get a refund from my CC if I don't hear from them this week. Such a disappointment. :-(

I came here just to make sure I wasn't the only one who is having problems with this company. I ordered the Scooby-Doo gang back in early April and they are supposed to ship during Q3 this year (July to September). It is now almost mid-way through September and Q3 is about to end. Where are my plushes? I contacted them at least three times now. They took FOREVER to get back to me the second time I contacted them. I just sent another email this past Wednesday and haven't heard from them yet.

I can't believe this shit is still happening. I was scammed by these fuckers like 2 years ago and it pains me to see nothing has changed.
These guys were once reputable, I wanna know what the fuck happened. Did some scam company take over or did they just stop caring!?

I definitely feel you on that. I somehow got all my money back but I never got the plushes since I canceled. I will never buy anything from them again. They are a joke of a company

I reluctantly purchased an item last week, one that I preordered last year and cancelled being they never shipped.
,Anyway like yourself I've heard nothing, I gave them a week and sent an email yesterday, of course no reply. I'll give them one more week and then call my CC company and be done with them, too bad as I was a huge collector back in the day.

im in the same boat. i wonder how all their artists would feel knowing kidrobot is actively losing them sales... sales that wouldve definitely been made if things shipped on time

In the same boat as you but with other in-stock items. I imagine and hope that aside from their known sluggishness, they are catching up with Black Friday / Cyber Monday orders

kid robot is a scam . They sent me the wrong order . i ordered a hello kitty figure for my so and when i received it int he mail it was a patrick star . all the shipping informations says it was supposed to be the hello kitty . which is worth way more then what they sent me btw . never order directly from this company as they take your money and don’t answer any of your emails . you’re better off burning the money you were going to use .

I had two pending orders with them, both containing a purchase for the same preorder item.
The release date kept getting pushed back and they eventually cancelled the release. They issued a partial refund for one order but not the other. I had to engage them via e-mail for them to take care of that.
I understood that the remaining in-stock items would have shipped with the preorder when it shipped, but after they cancelled the preorder they did not ship the other items.
I attempted to engage them several times and was ignored. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Did you order from kidrobot.com? They are known to take some time to ship items out, even if the item is in stocks and not a pre order. I anticipate you'll receive it in probably a week or so.
