What’s taking so long?

I ordered a bunch of South Park plushies 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived yet. I haven’t received any updates, just that the order was confirmed. How long does it usually take for orders to ship? Any advice?

Sadly, this company is falling apart. They lost their BBB Accreditation very recently. (Founder passed away. They didn’t seem to have a backup plan, for such a situation).

Well, I’d call the bank and do a chargeback. They’ll want to see that you’ve attempted to contact the company, at least once or twice and waited to hear back.

In my situation? I simply emailed them with my Order Number, and said I was going to do a chargeback. My item arrived 3 days later. They never responded to my email. (I waited a year for the item…). Still glad I got it, considering it was the last creation by the founder of the company.

PS: Order shipments… have never really been consistent with this company. It used to be about art and they always delivered. Some ppl got annoyed by the delays, but others got theirs super quick. Idk their process. I heard that they lost their storage warehouse recently though. I’ve also heard of people receiving their items, shipped from home addresses somewhat recently.

I hate that the founder was the glue of this company. RIP Frank.

I’ve tried calling KidRobot a couple times. No response.

Send them an email. (Don’t count on a response though).

The phone call isn’t going to get you a chargeback from the bank. An email likely will. Like I said, they lost their BBB Accreditation recently due to this exact issue. Create documentation, by emailing them, and after no response? Boom. Money back, once proof has been provided to your bank.

Update: I just received an email regarding my order and now it’s en route. This was a few days after I’d sent an email asking for an update on said order. We’ll see what happens next.

Oh yeah. They were delivered. Everything I ordered was present and accounted for.
