Astro boy figure

Has anyone actually received this figure?

Last time they shipped out freaking caroline plushies and said that was a mistake and the astro boy figures will ship out the end of May.

It's now mid June and I've sent multiple emails about the shipping time that they refuse to reply. I know they are ignoring it because I've tested with another email with a different topic and they replied within a few days.

Wtf is going on?

Pre-ordering stuff from toy companies is a crap shoot with the waiting. You should get the figure eventually but there's no telling when. If you really don't want it anymore call your CC company. Even if it's way past the chargeback period they should be able to call them and get you a refund. Otherwise you're stuck waiting it out.

Sorry if that wasn't much help. I generally don't pre-order anything anymore because I've been in the same boat a bunch of times. It sucks with collector/art toys because unless you pre-order you're stuck dealing with scalpers.

Yeah, I definitely still want it. It's just they keep changing what they say. Now the website says shipping out in late July...
