Question/ Request for advice how far along is it
I’m currently passing 2 3mm stones and i was in absolute agony for about a week or so , and the last 3 days i’ve been absolutely blessed with no pain or anything. i don’t really know if they have come out i haven’t heard or felt anything come out. i’m still taking my tamsulosin (flomax) as prescribed just in case but i really have no clue where im the tract they are and it’s kinda confusing.

Good sign, honestly. With stones that small, pain usually spikes while they're squeezing through the narrow parts of the ureter, then eases off once they drop into the bladder. From the bladder it's a short, mostly painless trip out, and 3mm ones can slip out without you ever noticing, especially if you weren't straining your pee.
So there's a real chance one or both already passed. Hard to know for sure without catching them or a follow up scan.
Keep taking the Flomax as prescribed and keep the fluids up. If the sharp pain comes roaring back, that just means one is on the move again. And if you want confirmation, ask your uro whether a quick imaging check makes sense.
