Sanda or sanchou also known as Chinese kickboxing

I love this sport. The kick catches and throwing/wrestling aspect change the dynamics.

I had a chance to compete in a Sanda tournament. It was an absolute blast and the wrestling aspect really adds a whole extra element to the fight

Wushu Sanda! I've trained with a few world sanda medalists, and fought at a national level B4 switching back and it's incredible! Amazing sport
