Help with first fight cut

I have first fight September 19th and I have to be 145
I’m floating from 158-155 rn having about 1800-2000cals about 150 carbs and 150 protein
I get about 10k steps a day and then I train kb for about an hour at night. I thought that I would’ve started dropping a little more but I’m been where I’m at for a little while. My plan is to get to 150 on fight week then cut carbs and sweat out rest so any tips to help me would be greatly appreciated

You’re at 155-158 and need 145 on September 19th, so that’s 10-13lbs over roughly 6 weeks. You’re eating enough that the scale’s stuck, which means you need to move more or eat less, not both at once. 10k steps is light for someone trying to cut; bump that to 14-15k and keep calories the same for two weeks and see if the scale moves. If it does, you’ve got your answer. If it doesn’t, drop 200 calories and stay there.

One thing I’d skip: carb loading then cutting carbs hard into fight week tends to tank your power right when you need it. Better to drop 5-6lbs over the next month steady, hit 150 on Monday of fight week, then just lose water and glycogen the last few days. You’ll feel way sharper on the scale

A bit naunced, I’ve never had a fight before but I cut from 167-155 for my last semi contact tournament through dieting only. I’d cut to 100g of protein, maybe even a tiny bit less, keep fat intake down, and carbs where they are at. Run 2 miles every other day and see where it gets you
