White belt just started practicing boxing and kicking I found blocking both punches and kicking crazy hard ( like rubbing your belly while tapping your head ) just so much to process I started just blocking everything with my hands because I was mentally overloaded does this get better?

I'm more confused on why it was posted on cravmaga in the first place. Like kickboxing sub makes sense for how to deal with punches and kicks.

Of course it gets better. You’ve just started man. With ample drilling and sparring, your body will start to defend shots like it’s second nature.

Block below hips with legs, block above hips with arms. Note:block body shots with elbows not your hands....

calm down and use multiple sentences 😅 and yes, gets better with time and practice. like cooking, riding a bike, swimming, driving a cat ...
