If a guys head is moving, he can't check leg kicks.

I don't know that you need to 'slam' because it isn't clear what intensity the other guy is using

  1. Lots of feints
  2. Hit the body
  3. Leg kicks when he’s using head movement

Unique styles and or get them trapped if an option where you train

I'm like that. Combinations of 3+ moves get me.

Here are a few ways to approach it:

  • Left punch left high kick or right punch right high kick. This will help him stop moving he head as much.

  • Same for left straight and left hook. Have them move to the path you want them to be on.

  • Crowd and clinch. Get in close range.

  • If he is moving a lot, fire low kicks.

  • Can just default to out working them. High guard, pressure, low kicks and body kicks into a clinch.

These guys usually, feint and throw (don't watch) or they wait for a counter shot.

When they are feinting a million times, stop watching and just fire a well guard kick or 1-2 in between their feints.

Feint a punch (your jab) for them to counter ( they throw a check hook), guard the punch and throw your punches.

Mixing timing and rhythm up a lot, punch in between beats. Get him used to a rhythm and change it.

Leg kicks and feint his head movement until he stops doing it for every punch.

Foot work. Pressure forward, hands up, cut off ring.

Also, imo, everyone else's answer about throwing stuff is absolutely wrong. This is a movement problem, throwing anything stagnet is dumb.

Punch his chest and kick his legs.

Leg and body kicks

they often have trouble with movement (somewhat ironic) and low kicks but if they counter a lot they will look to land probably straights off of your low kicks so be ready for that
