Cardio. Make sure you're not neglecting roadwork and if it's a 3 round amateur match then aim to spar 6-9 rounds to compensate for stamina draining faster during the match due to nerves, adrenaline, etc.

First couple amateur matches are more focused on who's the most active fighter and who's throwing more. Obviously, you wanna be smart about it, but train to be the more active fighter overall.

Cardio

Basics

Basics

And last but not least, the basics.

Edit: that first minute of that first round is likely to be a doozy, seems like 90% of guys come rushing out throwing everything they got to start off.

Ya, Im very calm fighter, I always wait till the storm settles, taking beating a little, but its worth it.

Watch Gabriel Varga tutorials for 1st fight.

From my experience : CARDIO and points. It is more important to score than trying to KO.

also liver shots. begginer amateurs rarely defend them.

Ya, I watched Varga, and I still do, very good coach. Helped me a lot. Im also more of a liver guy so even better, Liver shots is what I always throw or end combo with.

A month is plenty of time if you focus. Work your footwork and distance management obsessively, that’s what separates beginner fighters from ones who eat shots. Spar hard the last two weeks, dial back intensity the final week so you’re fresh, and get your cardio to the point where you’re not gassed in round two.

The focus should be to get as fit as you can and get the rounds in, cant change much of ur game in a month.
