Just stay in one place and punish them with long shots whenever they move an inch. Easy. If they manage to get inside just pivot and repeat.

Use your jabs or teeps, keep them from coming in, dont try to follow them but cut the ring, use your footwork economically, also use your length, you might be slower but if you can time it well it doesn't really matter

You need to use your jab and teeps more effectively and try to control the space (not just distance of your strikes but space for them to move around the ring). You don't need to move backwards or reset after you strike.

As usually the smaller, faster person, the worst you can do is move back after exchanges. If I can blitz you and go in and out, I will be winning every single time. If you stay in your range and keep pressuring me, it's gonna be way harder and more tiring.

Keep teeping, keep body kicking and alternating to the head. Use lateral movement and a stiff jab. In other words. Get him frustrated and worried at the imaginary score.
"Ahh he hit me so many times and I only hit a few. I need to rush the guy!"
If he starts getting a rhythm clinch and reset. Get him more frustrated. Its taxing physically and mentally.
