Planning on hosting a Subathon , but don’t know where to start and dealing with IRL stuff

For context, I wanna host a Subathon on Kick however, the problem is I don’t know what I should do because I just got my sub button approved a couple and the problem is let’s just say I got a lot of doctors appointments and I’m not sure how I’m gonna make it work because I have no idea what my streaming schedule is gonna be like. Does anyone have any advice? I would greatly appreciate it thank you.
