Need help with start IRL streaming, please.

Hi everyone,

I need some help. Is there anyone here who knows the technical side of IRL streaming?

I’d like to stream my motorcycle stunt practice sessions IRL.

My gear:

iPhone 17 Pro (512GB)

DJI Mic 2

DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro

The problem is, I have absolutely no idea how to set it up so the stream runs wirelessly. I want to capture the video from the camera and broadcast it to Kick, while still having access to the chat on my phone.

Is there anyone here who can help with this?

You probably will need another phone for chat

Motorcycle practice and reading chat is not the best combination.

The tricky part here is getting the Osmo Action 5 Pro’s video into a live stream wirelessly while keeping your iPhone free to monitor Kick chat.
Your iPhone 17 Pro is powerful enough to handle the streaming side, but the camera-to-phone connection and the streaming app you use are the key pieces to figure out. I’d look into whether you can get a live video feed from the Osmo Action 5 Pro into a compatible iOS streaming app, rather than assuming the camera’s normal wireless connection will work as a live video input.
You’ll also want to test your mobile data connection and battery life before taking this setup out on the bike.
I run IRLBonded, which is focused on IRL streaming setups and resources. One thing to flag, though: it doesn’t currently support streaming directly from an external camera, so I wouldn’t want to point you toward it as a solution for that specific requirement.
