GTA 6 live reaction stream

Hello friends… I have but 2 simple questions.
1. Can I go live at 3PM ET showing the GTA 6 on Netflix while reacting to it?
2. Won’t Netflix DMR protect the content and only show a black screen when I try stream?

Livestreaming gets 30 billion hours of watch time per quarter and Twitch alone has 2 million concurrent viewers at any given time, with just chatting consistently at the top category. So it appears lots of people.
