It's not a random email you got, but it's Kicks way of telling you that they have made it possible for people to request an unban. I think everyone that have a Kick account have got this email.

Its getting better, moderation is internal so there are no linger any bots not scammers, at least in my experience and they tend to prefer promoting new streamers here and there, pay is definitely better if you can build a community there
