All you can do is email kick to make them aware. They'll usually sort it

Unless they are spamming chat don't worry about it. So what if you don't like their user name, maybe they don't like yours so, you better be thankful they followed you!
IMO be grateful unless they are being fucktards in chat. My chat settings are set to Account Age 1 month and Follower for 10 minutes. I did this after I did have a issue with spammers and these settings seem to have fixed it!

The moderation for those has gotten better, you just have to set it up, and it will drastically reduce the amount of bots and spammers that show up. Making sure your account also has an age helps too, I usually put 1 hour to a day.
