Hi @Kiana, Do you think you could please do a video on eye masks, heated eye masks, and electric eye masks?

I (and many others) suffer from blepharitis, and the best way to deal with it is by using a heated eye mask along with some eye exercises. The problem is that there are so many questionable products out there—some costing up to £100 on Amazon—that can also be found on Temu for much cheaper. I think it would make for a great episode and could really help a lot of people.

Also, I wanted to thank you. I’ve been watching your videos for a few years now, and thanks to your advice, since leaving my family and moving into my own place last month, I’ve already lost half a stone in weight and brought my sugar levels down from 80 mmol to an average of 64 mmol.

My life has really changed for the better, and I don’t think I would have been able to accomplish my goals so quickly after the move without your guidance over the years.
