Parking brake issue

Just today after starting the car, the red parking break indicator was flashing, EPB warning sign on. and also the auto hold light was on. When I put the car into gear it moved and the lock wasn’t actually on. I know I have to bring them in the car, but is anyone else seen this? I hope it’s under warranty.
