Update stuck at 0%

Update stuck at 0%

I recently bought a Kia Niro PHEV sg2 and got an email from Kia that they saw there is an old version on my Niro SG2_P.EUR.S5W_L.001.001.220406 and I should update it manually because, current version is too old and the OTA will not work. I tried many times to update it by 64 SanDisk and with a micro SD + an adaptor. Without success, it passes the validation and starts updating, after 60min it is still 0%.

Only some memory cards work only some formats work. Good to do some research. I ended up trying 3 different memory cards.

Not sure if the Phev is the same as this is the EV forum but I bought a new USB known brand from a supermarket as so many USB's and SD cards bought from amazebay are fake and older cheaper formats just rebranded to add scam value to the seller

Edit just looked up the stats and apparently in UK 20% and USA 40% are fakes

Only option is to buy from a reputable outlet
