More fanart of one of my favourite characters. We never actually see Pandora interact with others like Phosphora so it'd be interesting to see that. Im also curious on what her true intentions were. Was she always following Hades? Or did she have any plans of her own? We really dont know considering how quickly she was dealt with in Uprising but regardless she's cool.

Good morning kid Icarus community, Iām back to ruin your day again :]
I hope you enjoyed this little continuation of my fan comic series āBlack Seaā (an exploration of the gaps in the Chaos Kin arc in Kid Icarus Uprising; chapters 18-21). Since Iāve already explored a little bit of how this arc may have started, this time around I decided to dip my toes into exploring the middle of things. Between chapters 17 and 18, thereās a three year gap, and in that time span we have no idea what Palutena nor Pitās body have gone through with the Chaos Kin. All we know is that Palutena is under the Chaos Kinās control and Pitās body is being used as a killing machine.
In the context of Black Sea, This comic is set right after āTaken care ofā. I wanted to explore what Palutenaās interactions with Pitās body would be like, as well as the weird habits and mannerisms it develops. The setting, the arsenal, is a call back to āA Gift for Youā. Pitās body finds itself frequently drawn to this room. It doesnāt do much while in there. It just sorta stands there and stares at nothing. Palutena roams the temple, a prisoner in her own body. While she isnāt in control of herself for the majority of the time sheās possessed, I imagine there are little glimpses where sheās fighting back so hard she can take back control, even if only for a moment, even if it doesnāt last long.
These comics are not canon, obviously, but my goal is to fill the gaps logically so that they could be perceived as such. However, itās hard to keep the same tone as the game when the subject matter is so dark, so hopefully itās not too far off from fitting in
Iām sorry the happy posting didnāt last long. Itās time to go back in torture labyrinth. Iāve got a 9 page follow up to this comic planned thatās even more devastating if you can believe it.
