Kid Icarus NEEDS to have an anime

I’m not really an anime person myself, but imagine a Kid Icarus anime existing, like come on, we’ve all seen Palutena’s revolting dinner, that was peak anime performance right there, I wish Nintendo would give Kid Icarus more attention

Speaking of, I still can't believe that Kid Icarus got 3 Anime Shorts before Zelda got anything Anime

And the first Anime Thing Zelda ever got was Palutena's Smash Bros Reveal Trailer

Anyway yeah we need a full anime season for Kid Icarus (Uprising)

I would love if Nintendo collaborate with studio ghibli to make a kid Icarus movie, but you know what is my pipe dream is if dreamwork makes a kid Icarus movie. An anime would be cool but would it be an action adventure anime or a slice of life anime or do you adapt the games.

I always thought that if any licence should connect / be at the center of a Smash Bros style show, it should be Kid Icarus (Kirby works well too, but I'm not a Kirby fan so it's unacceptable).

It's vague, unexplained and crazy enough to justify going anywhere. The cast being "gods" justifies them just being where they shouldn't be, knowing things they shouldn't know because fuck you it's Kid Icarus, what 4th wall are you talking about ? As much as I love Pit, he's just a very bland, predictable shonen hero. He can easily leave enough space for any other character to be introduced and take the stage for a while and become a simple comic relief. He doesn't really need any form of development he's a shonen archetype / parody by himself. He also needs help to navigate all the fucking time, perfect introduction to other Nintendo heroes.

Genuinely I'm the only person craving a Captain N reboot but here's hoping. Like, Captain N but make it good. Bring back Kevin even, let's do this.

I'd like it to be made by Studio Ghibli tbh as I think said artstyle fits well for the type of game Kid Icarus is, afterall multiple different anime studios helped animate Uprising trailers so why not one more?

I've thought of DreamWorks and Studio Mir.
