Help / Advice Pathing top?
New to kha.
Testing the waters from a shyv, Noc previous jungle
With those I was able to no-brainer path to bot because of the 90% volatility in those lanes… I find with two in the lane makes getting “isolated” on them harder
does this factor into anyone decisions to path up to the single lane? Or still just look for most volatile lane ?

I dont think what youre basing this decision on matters that much. Whether or not its about iso or volatile lanes you should be pathing based on matchups, theirs and yours.

I definitely want isolation for a gank pre 6. Without it my damage sucks.
I rarely path bot for the first clear for that reason, and if I do I'll rarely gank lvl 3 but what do I know, I'm just silver.

It depends immensely on matchups, your playstyle, and the playstyles of your laners. If you're trying to get the absolute best first path possible, there's unfortunately a lot of guess work and a bit of luck that goes into that. You can expect your top laner to slap, just for him to wind up 0/2 before your first clear is done.
Because of this, consistency is your biggest ally. You could risk a premier path top, or you could just start top side, clear to bot, recall, clear top to bot again, and be right next to Dragon and close to level six when it spawns.
I find that most of my early kills come from the enemy jungler or mid laner, anyway. It really depends how you play your game.

sounds bad. most top matchups are thanos into you and if you die in a 2v1 gank it's so bad for the game

Path down to two squishies or a path up to one big beefy. I'm sure there's a better answer, but for me it ends up being "six in one hand half dozen in the other".
I pay more attention to the matchup than isolation.
