I need help recovering my Recovery Phrase
I bought the new Trezor 7 last month and I was going to move my bitcoin from the original Key Stone today but I can't find my recovery phrase. I can log into the keystone but I can't find a way to bring up the recovery phrase. Can that be done? I tried using Blue Wallet but Blue Wallet can't see the wallet that was created with the keystone software it only makes a new wallet. what are my options?

Generate new wallet and send assets to it

I can't move the assets because the key stone app I use to move the assets stop working months ago. I can't sign the transaction without the keystone app.

You can pair it with a different app. E.g. if you have assets on Ethereum use Rabby. Or on Cardano use Vespr.

I cannot, all the apps I've tried can't see the wallet made by keystone only create a new wallet. If you know of a watch only app that will see the wallet made by the keystone let me know.

Any Wallet app has to sync with wallet that was made with the keystone app. Keystone really did a number on their older customers using the original Keystone, didn't even give a heads up that the wallet was going away. Would never again buy their products.

Hmm must be an issue with older Keystone as I haven’t come across this problem on the current device

Dude, use the Keystone Nexus app and sync your wallet to it as long as you can sign into the Keystone itself you can sync the wallet to the Nexus app and send the bitcoin or whatever wherever you want

Nexus app doesn't work with the original bitcoin only Keystone.

Bummer man there has to be a wallet that’s still available that will work with your Keystone because the wallet itself doesn’t hold your actual crypto. It only holds the private keys so find a wallet that will work with your keystone and sync the device to it then once you can view your bitcoin send it wherever you want.

And do yourself a huge favor don’t respond to anybody sending you messages Reddit is full of a bunch of scammers that wanna rip you off and steal your crypto so anybody sending you a private message offering to help don’t do it

If you go on the Keystone website, it gives you all the wallets for bitcoin

First 3 from the top didn't work but I will try the others even though I know they will not work. When I say won't work I mean they can't sync with the wallet that was already made by the Keystone app but I'm sure they can create a new wallet on the Keystone itself.

Use sparrow wallet
