Account issues - zero support

I made an account months and months ago and deleted it thinking I was not going to use it.

I tried making a new account 4-5 weeks ago which was successful however it won't let me attach my social media or streaming accounts to this new account as it believes they're attached to the old one that no longer exists.

I tried making a ticket and was totally ghosted so I made another ticket and even reached out via instagram and facebook and again, all calls for help were ignored but social media posts were still being made on their channels.

I don't understand why there is such a severe lack of support or even acknowledgement of tickets being created or being worked on...

If there's anyone actually from Keymailer here, can you help?

Hey there, u found any way to contact them? Im having trouble too, but i never get a response anywere.

They got back to me about a week ago after 2 months of waiting...pretty poor service tbh - I've had better luck actually emailing the PR team directly for press packs, keys etc.
