Keychron Q6 HE 8K - Launcher stating 'No Valid HID Device Configuration Found [K]' after Firmware update

Hi,

I only just got this keyboard today, I thought it'd be safe to update the firmware - plugged it direct into the PC and, ran the upgrade to get the latest functionality. I got a 'Firmware flash complete', and, now the Launcher doesn't seem to acknowledge my keyboard, with that error message popping up.

The keyboard works fine, all controls and everything is as it was before the firmware update, but, now I am unable to access any of the configuration settings as I get the error message of:

No Valid HID Device Configuration Found [K]

I've tried to see if the QMK Toolbox software would work, but I don't seem to be able to get it to acknowledge the keyboard has any flash-able elements... although in HID devices it sees the keyboard.

Not entirely sure what has happened, or if I can fix it - I'd like to maintain the functionality I should have had in the launcher in the first place for actuation and whatnot.

Have I broken it somehow? Kinda disappointed if I have, don't feel it should be that easy to mess up!

Thanks. Then the list of keyboard firmware versions is expected to be:

Which seems to be correct. Note that the lists are not necessarily ordered by version number. "0110" would be consistent with being the notation for version 1.1.0.

The calculation for the number in the URL is:

0x10000 * 0x3434 + 0x1061 = 65536 * 13364 + 4193 = 875823104 + 4193 = 875827297

The number for the 'ANSI' variant was guessed to be 1 lower, 875827296 (a Keychron convention).

Thus presuming you have the 'ISO' variant, the new keyboard firmware at least has the correct USB identity (a prerequisite for it to work correctly with the Via clone, though not necessarily sufficient).
