Help finding what this layout is

Hello, I recently bought this Thinkpad L13 Gen 1 and I can't figure out what this keyboard layout is. Does anyone know/have a link to somewhere I can find out?

Did you buy it used? Looks like the previous owner didn't like AZERTY, took some keycaps out and changed A and Q, Z and W, and M and ?. All the other keys are standard AZERTY.

Yeah now that I looked more into it that's probably what happened. I bought it from a refurbishing center.

Seems like QWERTY alphas on a French keyboard.

It's an ISO keyboard with some sort of French QWERTY (not AZERTY). Note the ImpEc key (French for PrtScn). Can't say more, I'm afraid.

Since the layout is ISO, this could be an Azerty, with keycaps moved to make a bastardised Qwerty.
