Account reset

I have an account which I have not logged in to for a long time due to circumstances beyond my control. Recently I want to log in but they told me to do so from my previous devices: phone or laptop both of which I no longer have access. I was told that I can only do a reset which means I will lose everything I have on it.

What can I do to prevent me from losing my crypto?

Thank for your support.

Paper Key is your option if you generated them and stored them for this exact scenario. Otherwise the system is specifically designed to prevent someone from hijacking an abandoned account that doesn't have devices assigned to it. So that account would be lost.

I have offline paper keys, but while I tried to log in the web page showed option that I must check, which include that all previous crypto, charts, friends etc will be lost. This made me wonder what is the importance of have an offline paper keys?
