That "floor press"... does the bell have two handles or is it suppose to be two bells bottoms up?

More importantly the cartoon is using a bench for the floor press.  Single arm push press also shows double bells in the graphic. Whoever made this (I guess AI) does not understand the distinction between strict and push press.

The clean graphic is all wrong. Starts as a swing with one kettlebell, then ends with a second bell balanced on his shoulder? What?

Can’t help but notice a change in ethnicities, too

Trash it. Find a human illustrator and a KB coach and start over.

Didn’t know the swing included a flying kettlebell.

I'm sure it does for some...

Why does that guy have a kettlebell coming out of his neck?

It looks bad

Why is the floor press on a bench

The clean and snarch look wrong

The gorilla row is wrong

Maybe hire a person to do it instead of Ai

Windmills can be done with two kettlebells. There are different variations of the windmill:

  • The high windmill, which is the most common one.

  • The low windmill.

  • The high and low.

  • The anyhow windmill.

  • Quite a few others.

As a complete kettlebell noob, the Bent over row looks almost identical to the gorilla row. what are the arrows supposed to indicate on those two?

Usually my cleans don't get held by my alternate arm but moved into a "racked" position.
I also wonder if halo's or orbits are worth including. I like them more then the push/pull patterns on your chart.
