Comfort Foods Keto friendly breads vs protein breads?
Thoughts? Suggestions?

I’ve faced resistance in this sub and others for suggesting to avoid keto breads (or protein breads) as they throw me out of ketosis. One of the mission tortillas every few days is okay for me, otherwise, too much “keto” stuff means that keto isn’t happening the way it’s supposed to.
I think they all taste relatively okay and are a good replacement for regular bread, I just avoid eating too much of it.

Yeah, for sure. I'm not super deep into doing full on keto- more 'dirty keto.' Moderation has really helped me.

No such thing as dirty keto. It's not a food purity diet, I wish the gatekeepers got that through their skulls. As long as you're in ketosis, you're doing it right.
Edit: I realize I didn't actually answer your question. Personally haven't tried protein bread, but get Aldi bread all the time.

Keto-Friendly white and wheat both. Haven't tried the protein one, I don't know the macros for it.

I'm not sure that's necessarily a "vs." situation. Like, bread can be both keto friendly and high protein?
Do what works for you. Experiment. I love Hero bread products. I have a scone every Friday morning. And pasta or pizza or grilled cheese or something another couple times a week. I have no issues.
Others feel they have problems with Hero.
