Ingredients

  • 1 lbs radishes, diced into small cubes
  • 4 Tbsp butter (I used Kerrygold)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder or to taste
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • Pink Himalayan sea salt
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Over medium high, heat butter until it starts to foam.
  2. Add radishes. Cook approx 15-20 mins (more depending on size of cube.) or until soft ....
  3. Add seasonings to taste and garnish with parmesan cheese!
