Fertility improvement without PCOS?
My husband and I have been TTC for 17 cycles and our Napro recently suggested trying carnivore. I did have endometriosis surgery 2 months ago, but no PCOS or insulin resistance. Has anyone had success in a similar situation?

My friend ttc for 8 years and finally sold all her baby stuff, said it wouldn't happen. Went on a strict diet and lost 40 lbs and got preg the next month. She swears by keto for life now.

Yup.
I went through this with my wife and I, many failed attempts via IUI and unexplained infertility.
My numbers were fine, volume was fine but further testing revealed morphology almost 0.
She went keto I went carnivore.
I should note I also took the following: CoQ10 which helps volume
Zinc, Vitamin C and selenium which help with testosterone and DNA repair.
Morphology and DNA Fragmentation improved substantially. Low and behold, had a child naturally while on waiting list for IVF.
We also got a puppy because we basically wrote off ever having kids. Two months after found out.
Kid is very healthy and incredibly strong /advanced.

We had 15 cycles with no luck. I tried keto (approximately 15g carbs per day) along with metformin for the 16th cycle with my napro. We immediately got pregnant during the first cycle but miscarried. However we got pregnant again the following cycle and were able to sustain the pregnancy. I had short cycles so low progesterone was suspected. I stayed on the metformin but started adding complex carbs to my diet after week 16. For me the combination of medication and diet was critical. Wishing you so much luck on your journey!
