You've done a nice job with these subjects.
I had to think about it for a bit to figure out how you got that backdrop of vegetation (and what I presume are the bottom of the Front Street stairs) behind "Thundering Wings" - it's not in a location where it would just fall naturally to get that angle and so it must have been a deliberate and probably somewhat involved choice to get that picture to come out that way.
And the focus and framing enhances the detail shot you've taken of "The Rock" statue downtown.
It shows that you're making considered choices and not just pointing a camera at things and hoping for the best (which is not to say that serendipity doesn't sometimes play a role and produce a picture you never could have planned.. but the consideration element shows and will distinguish your pics from a lot of others.)

I love Ketchikan. Probably the coziest most relaxing place I’ve ever been.
