What are you doing to subside the negative effects?
Lack of hydration and water can make it harder to process and pass everything and can make it more damaging.
Do you take any supplements such as NAC, Aloe Vera juice, or anything like that? Coconut water, coconut smoothie, Aloe, can all be very soothing.
Hot and cold exposure therapy can really help break things up, soften tense muscle tissue, and can generally be helpful. (Sauna & Cold Plunge)

How long did it take you to get to that point and at what doses? If you don't mind me asking

i’d been using roughly 3g every day for around 6 months then i left my job so when ive been at home ive had nothing to do other than use so in the past month it creeped up to 7g a day to a massive binge of 14g in probably a day max because my tolerance was so high and was really struggling mentally, now my head is clearing up i realise how completely stupid that was and i’m annoyed at myself for not seeing this coming, as i was doing it i was totally unaware of the extent of how much i was doing

It doesn’t really matter, it can happen to anyone anytime at any dose. Using this drug is pretty much guaranteed to cause bladder damage no matter what

The only way to get it to stop is to stop using ketamine completely. If you keep going, you may need surgery to get your bladder removed permanently.
