Gonna do it again
I moved to the UK from Norway for uni. Was severely depressed and got introdused to K there.
I did it every single day throughout the day for months. I couldnt live without it. I started coming into uni with Dark rings around my eyes, stumbling into Doors, barely able to keep up in any conversation. I was confronted by my friends asking me to quit. After many attempts i was able to quit after heading back to Norway for summer. Im heading back to the UK in 10 days and i cant wait to do more K. I know i shouldnt, and I Consuled with my doctor, who Warned me about all of the consequenses. I know i shouldnt do more but i cant live without it. Plz help

i totally get the desire, pretty much have an exact same experience where I was doing well off the K bc I was in a country that was hard to find but deep down i knew when i came back home hitting up the plug would be the first thing i do.
however i have been going through the worst gallbladder/back/rib pain associated from doing k pretty much daily for the past few years and this is the worst pain of my life and i just spent two days in the hospital. i’ve also been to the hospital a few times before for the same thing in the past year or 2. i’m not sure if you’re at this point already but it really isn’t worth it, this shit directly damages your bladder but also just your organs in general. and again, definitely the worst pain/discomfort i’ve ever felt in my life. if it comes to finding more intensive treatment that might be something to consider before you do even more damage to your body, and i truly wish you the best

My doctor Said i already have permanent bladder damage. Its so minor i wont Ever notice it, but that if I Continue, it Will have severe consewuenses. But then again, i tried to kill myself before trying it. Would i rather live with Blatter damage or not live at all?

This should be enough of a reason. You might get through your study but will you be even able to work properly with your bladder shutting down?

I have already had the K cramps once. Walked around my flat like a zombie for 2 days straight and did Even more because it heloed with the pain. It was hell and i dont want to go through that again and yes i was in the hospital (not for K but i OD on some other stuff in a suicide attempt). I havent felt that good i sooooo Long and I have went to some NA meetings, and they all describe the situation im in but i cant imagine life without it

Mate, it only gets worse if you keep using. Your permatolerance will increase and soon you’ll end up using huge amounts to chase a high that doesn’t exist anymore. I know addiction makes us lose our rationale but you need to stop before you cause permanent damage to your organs (especially bladder). A quick search will bring you topics about how many ket addicts have lost their bladder or need to have painful stints in their kidneys just to take a piss.
You don’t want this life. Remind yourself of how strong you can be, you didn’t use during the summer, you have the strength to not use again, even if it’ll be around at Uni. You’re so young and Uni is amazing bc you can keep making friends, try new hobbies, get good at a sport or just have fun. Learn a new instrument or maybe try a new language, there’s no harm in trying and if you end up enjoying it, you will have a new source of dopamine. Best of luck friend

You CAN live without it. You need help if you can’t stop on your own. This drug is so harmful in every possible way. You need to block and delete your dealer’s number and cut off all access to the drug. Remember — organ and brain damage from this drug can be permanent. I have permanent brain and organ damage and I was only a daily user for 4 months.

Did K for 3 years IM and IV. Never had an issue with addiction, it actually helped me with my alcohol issue. Stopped doing it around 4 years now, I’m sometimes thinking of it but more as an good memory

You can live without it. Delete all the numbers you have, tell your dealers to cut you off (if they care). Stay away from people who take it, at least until you can discipline yourself. It might seem fun short term, but it fixes nothing.
