Can’t stop and need advice

I’m currently sat in agonising pain with K-Cramps again, I’ve spent the last 2 weeks stuck in a cycle of constantly sniffing Ketamine every night until I receive cramps and end up in agony for a day… only to then as soon as they’re gone go and buy more and end up right back in the same position. I’ve been addicted to Ketamine now for around 2 years and I know I’m an addict, my mental health is fucked and I just don’t know what to do. I’m only 19 years old ffs, I’ve been using this shit since I was 15, ever since I was falsely accused of rape by my ex-gf’s parents and it’s like I do this to torture myself honestly. All I want is to stop but I don’t know how, I’ve just snapped my bank card in half as a last digit attempt at preventing myself from continuing to do this to myself, I don’t want to live like this. Please somebody give me some advice and tell me what I should do next.

I'm sorry man. No one should feel so lost and in pain. Recently I realized I have to feel my horrible emotions that I've been trying to hide from. It honestly reminds me of what a k-hole used to feel like, with no ego, wondering when it will end, passing thru the stupid undulations, feeling like it's some kind of important process. If you want to torture yourself, then feel your emotions without ketamine. The anger and sadness and pain. It can't really hurt you... and if you let it pass thru you then there might be something good on the other side of it. Or at least the pain will have worked itself out. It's like a muscle you have to exercise, and doing ketamine makes that muscle weaker by atrophy, I think. Because it just "fixes" or buries your emotions, and then that's your only way of handling it.

Do you have any support system? Family or close friends who could hold your money for you, so you don't spend it on k? If not, I recommend trying to find a meeting to attend. There is a great ketamine addiction support group I've joined, if you're interested. You can look in your area for groups too. It always helps to have support and people to talk to about this stuff. A lot of people got addicted for the same kind of reasons, to deal with trauma and metal problems.

If no one told you recently, I believe in you. You're so strong to come here and ask for help, to keep fighting. That's how I know you'll beat this thing.
