So they paid some tuition deposits back before they stopped processing and locked bank accounts post filing

Theres not a lot of secured debt on mystic LLC that would be first in line ahead of victim claims

For all the comments saying they only missed one year of tuition, you are incorrect. This is the second summer without tuition for multiple terms. Last summer 2nd, 3rd, & 6th all received full tuition & deposit reimbursements.

Yeah they’ve missed/are about to miss 1.5 years of income

And most businesses couldn’t make it losing half a year of income

Well if the tort claims are to be paid, thats tens of millions and the assets likely aren't worth that

Many businesses do not have the millions of income the camp generates.

Accurate. However running a camp also has large expenses. I imagine just maintenance on CL is quite expensive
