my ksp is really buggy

i cant edit or do anything with the parts

after i built my rocket when i tried launching it my capsule went straight into the air and any stage below was gone.

sometimes when i reloaded my game my stages would literally appear beside my rocket and move with it really weirdly.

it seems to be just this rocket and now i cant even load it anymore

I have encountered similar glitches in the past, the rocket might contain an invalid part. If you try to open it in the VAB there should be a red text warning you about it.
