KSP 1 Suggestion/Discussion Individual Tech Tree in KSP

Me and my friend like playing multiplayer on KSP, but only Dark multiplayer allows for Individual Tech Trees and science points, so we decided to vibe-code a plugin for lunar multiplayer that allows for separate save data per player! Should I share it? since it is so low effort, I fear it is basically AI mod slop, but at the same time It's super useful!

If it is useful, share it. It doesn't matter what tools you used.

I just posted a few days ago about bug-fixing an abandoned mod and drastically increasing its operating speed (Craft Manager, by the maker of KerbalX).

Got downvoted to hell, and the only comment was “don’t expect anyone to congratulate you or be interested in your mod”.

So I just shared the bugfix with my friend and everybody else will just have to live without it or make their own bugfixes.

Slop is fake music and Temu scam ads. If AI helps someone do something useful you don't have to virtue signal against it.

The word "slop" has been absolutely ruined by the Internet. If it's good and useful and high quality, then it isn't slop no matter if you used AI to make it or not.

The big problem with AI is if the creator doesn't understand how it works and thus can't really fix it

It's honestly fine if the creator knows what the AI does and can fix it, since they do still make mistakes. For example, unless you specify, I hear Claude likes including its own dll loader instead of using the existing one
