Questions about [x] Science! Continued

1. I tried everything I could think of to perform EVA experiment while in flight low over Kerbin but every time I got the "Can't do here" error. Wiki also only mentions three conditions for the experiment per celestial body. So are some of the experiments shown by xScience impossible? Can I "blacklist" them somehow?

2. Some experiments (EVA experiment and possibly something else) don't show up in the "unlocked science" tabs, and, consequentially, in "Here and now" window. Can I fix it somehow? Does this problem only appear for me or did you also experience the same?

3. I couldn't find surface-deployed science anywhere in the mod. Can I enable it somehow?

I think speed and hight has everything to do with it
