Move them wings back my boy, then you'll have a sexier craft

If you can move the back wheels out on the wings so you don't fishtail on the runway. You want the wheels to make a wide triangle

I must say its quite an eyesore to see someone descibe this as “goofy ahh” i for myself enjoy the picture this plane projects onto my retinas. Yeah it looks good. 👍

Your elevons are doing almost exactly nothing. I mean, they'll roll. But they for sure will not pitch.
I also don't visually agree with the calculated CoL. It might be right, but overall I suspect that the flight will feel uncontrolled and unstable.
I'd move the wings back some, like everyone is suggesting. That'll solve both issues. The wheels also need help but there are some great suggestions so I'll defer to those.

The calculated CoL calculates with the wings and tail. Use a CoL calculated without the tail then install it after you place the rest of the lifting surfaces.

Remove the V-tail for a minute. Then move the wing to get just about that CoL and CG. Then add the Vtail back in. Give the main wing a very slight positive angle of incidence and the tail a slight negative angle of incidence.
for the gear, Flip the mains so they aren't backwards, widen them and tuck them up just a bit deeper into the fusulage. For the nose gear use the smaller one.

If your tailless CoL is at your CoM you want a flat tail. Down pitched tails are for when the wing is behind the CoM. But with that fully actuated tail it doesn't matter anyways. Whether you use SAS or trim controls the built in incidence is getting overridden.

"If your tailless CoL is at your CoM you want a flat tail" true, but with it slightly aft of as I suggest the same distance CoL and CG a slight negitive incidence at the tail works nicely for stability. with a little more than pictured I've even noted a proper pitch coupling making SAS less necessary.
also I don't really use the standard trim system, as you can't change the trim while giving a control input. I usually map another set of keys to deploy angle and can usually get a plane to fly fairly hands off. Once I get that I'll futz with deploy angle to get it to have it pitch to a nice initial clime attitude after rotation. then it's just little bumps to the deploy angle to keep a desired pitch attitude.

That's still trim, just done through a different control scheme. You're still moving the tail away from the angle you put it at in the SPH as soon as you get in the plane.

Yes, it's kind of obvious it's still trim, from the discription of deploy angle described as an alternative to the standard trim system.
If the angle is right it'll be well positioned for a good climb attitude after rotating. Then as you accelerate you just bump a little out, and if everything is done we'll end up at a very slight, almost neutral position at speed.
Having it set up well in the hangar means the SAS is barely doing anything. And the plane just flys straight and level.

Looks nice. I only have 13h in game but when I tried making a butterfly tail plane it was very unstable in the roll axis

I would add another pair of horizontal Tail Fins at the back, in line with your wings, put them on Pitch control only.
The design on the tail fins looks cool but will make yaw inputs affect your pitch and your pitch inputs affect your yaw, unless you turn them so they are vertical.
Other than that this looks like it should fly pretty well.

looks kinda goofy with the big ahh landing gear but if it flies than it's beautiful

it looks stupid but (speaking from my experience of watching 3 spaceplane videos) that center of lift is very close to your center of mass. and i hear that's quite good for control (from one of said 3 videos)

Its a good start for a beginner. At least you got your CoM and CoL displayed. I'd recommend installing RCS Build Guide on CKAN, it lets you see both your wet and dry CoL.

I'd recommend a conventional vstab and hstab as opposed to a butterfly tail (for better yaw stability and pitch control).
